Apples fictional logo in the woods

Using the Symbol Spray tool in Illustrator. Thanks to Veerle again. Not touched in Photoshop – all Illustrator through and through. I did not think such a thing was possible.

The leaves background could possibly be used for a future wallpaper. Maybe I could make a holly-leaf symbol for a Christmas Wallpaper! Just maybe.

Fictional APPLES Logo

After going through V. Pieter’s Overlapping Crescents tutorial, and ogling at Firmorama‘s portfolio. Fictional “Apples” logo. And of course after the Woolworth / Apple controversy. More like a parody eh? [ Of course, this is not a real logo being used by anyone. Artwork copyright rests with aside. ] And how can I forget that this ‘project’ is also part of my Adobe Illustrator education.

Lucky Lips Illustrator Illustration

I’ve been spending time on the brilliant portfolio of Firmorama. while I’m certain I can reproduce / get ‘inspired’ by their creations and produce something similar looking in Adobe Photoshop, I wasn’t sure whether I could do anything similar – even remotely close – in Adobe Illustrator. It isn’t even close to what Firmorama has on their portfolio but I’m satisfied with a first attempt. Click on the image for a slightly larger version. Of course, the original is an EPS file. I might use it on one of the t-shirt designs for Dimcho.
